Dell Hiring Horizon Lab Application Support Advisor

Dell is currently looking for a McKesson Lab Application (Horizon Lab) Support Analyst to join our leveraged team. The opportunity would allow you to work remotely from your home, but you must be able to travel 5-10%, as needed for training and client visits.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical and Operational Process guidance to a subject matter expert
- Manage operational and service Level agreement compliance with subject matter experts
- Provide clinical application support to clinical end users located in multiple hospitals across the United States
- Diagnose and troubleshoot McKesson Lab Application issues
- Provide technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported clinical application problems by telephone
- Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department
- Work directly with other McKesson Lab Application subject matter experts to resolve end users issues
- Provides business systems and applications analysis in support of the development of Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
- Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections
- Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements


Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience / Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- 5+ years' experience in project implementation and/or support
- Strong IT, clinical, provider technical Implementation/Support experience
- Must have McKesson Lab Application Experience
- Experience building and supporting Patient Care applications.
- Strong Knowledge of McKesson Lab Application build tools
