Who You Are
You are on top of the latest fashion trends -- so much so that your friends and family seek your advice. You know "who's who" in the industry and can easily identify a designer's line just by looking at it. You MUST love sales and interacting with people. It's natural for you to build rapport with others and you enjoy assisting customers over the phone. You take pride in the work you do and believe nothing can make a better shopping experience than the ability to provide superb customer service.. Additionally, you have an aptitude for technology and can effortlessly conduct searches over the internet for specific items. Your typing skills are top notch and you are comfortable chatting via IM with multiple people.  

What You Will Do 
From the comfort of your home-office, you will serve as a personal shopper, assisting customers of our Bluefly client (www.bluefly.com) via phone and online chat. Customers may seek your advice on navigating within the site to find apparel or accessories, inquiries regarding sales or promotions, return policy information, as well as general fashion and/or customer service questions. You will ensure each customer enjoys an amazing shopping experience and wants to come back for more!
