We are seeking applications for an experienced part-time bookkeeper for 20-30 hours per month (5-7 hours per week). This is a work from home position, and you must have a permanent office space that you have been using for over 1 year with your own PC, phone and high-speed internet access. Requirements for consideration include general knowledge of small office functions including:

1. Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, including GL adjustments and memorized transactions
2. Accounts receivable/ payable
3. Deposits – post checks and credit card reconciliation
4. Import invoices into QB from shopping cart order system; and scrub data in QB
5. Bank statement reconciliation
6. Inventory receipts
7. P/L Statements
8. Looking for a highly motivated person who can work independently with little supervision.
9. Travel to our office once per month (Havanna and Parker)

Prospective candidate will possess strong communication skills and must have experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
