The Mac Expert will be knowledgeable about Mac product features and related accessories, translate use cases into customer recommendations and, ultimately, complete the transaction with the customer while providing a world-class customer experience. Ideal candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed.
