Site Monitor (Swing-Shift)

The Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds Group creates and operates Nickelodeon’s virtual worlds and persistent multiplayer online (MMO) game experiences for kids and family audiences. Our worlds include the iconic Neopets, now celebrating its 11th year, Petpet Park, a virtual-life style world spinning off from Neopets lore and coming soon, Monkey Quest, an original action-adventure massively multiplayer online game, with more in development.

Site-Monitor (Swing Shift)

You can be located anywhere in the US for this position.

This is a work from home position between the hours of 12pm-9pm and/or 4pm-1am (swing shift) Pacific Standard Time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring our various administrative filters designed to flag and capture potentially inappropriate content.
• Reporting such behavior, and then taking appropriate action as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with computers, the Internet, and sending e-mails required.
  Must have knowledge of customer service.
• Candidates that are current users of the Neopets.com website will be given first consideration. (When applying, please let us know your username in your cover letter.)
• We do provide complete training for this position, so minimal experience is necessary.
• Weekend/holiday hours are required as well.
